Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Day 7 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge! We are already one week through!
We will be adding Chandra Bhedi Pranayama or the Left Nostril Breathing to our practice today. The techniques we will practice today are:
1. Yogic Breathing
2. Kapalbhati
3. Chandra Bhedana Pranayama
4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 1:1:1 ratio)
5. Bhramari Pranayama

I like how you are slowly increasing the difficulty. Today's Aulom Vilom was challenging initially, but I did it. I always feel so good when I finish these sessions. Thank you Bharti.

Thanks Maureen! Yes I am trying to slowly build up on the length of the inhales and exhales and introducing breath retention. However, do feel free to stay at the previous level till you are comfortable to move on to the next count :)

@@BhartiYogaThank you I don't force myself, if I can't comfortably complete an exercise I do stop. That's my approach to any exercise. I can always try again another day.

I am loving every second of this pranayama challenge!! Every morning i look up to something new and challenging.. It's been a week and this seems so relaxing.. The Shanti shanti shantihi after Om chant relaxes me! Thankyou for these 21 days❤

Struggled a little bit on day seven session, once I got calm and relaxed everything flowed much easier. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful time an knowledge.

Hi Mark! Glad you were able to do the session. Always feel free to take a pause, relax and get back to it. I am progressively building up the sessions however feel free to stay at a level you are comfortable with before moving on to the next stage. :)
