Hi Everyone,
Welcome to Day 5 of the 21 Day Pranayama Challenge!
The techniques we will practice today are:
1. Yogic Breathing
2. Kapalbhati - Single Nostril
3. Bhastrika Pranayama
4. Anulom Vilom Pranayama ( 1:2 ratio)
5. Bhramari Pranayama

Hello. I completed this session today and felt lighter as I have with the previous sessions. However, tears started to flow down my face by the time I got to the end of this one. Can you help me understand why that is?

superb session, thank you Bharti! What do you suggest for days of congestion/runny nose when practicing anulom vilom? skip for more accessible days? mouth breathing instead? thanks in advance💖

Oftentimes when I try to breathe deeper it activates a yawn. I find it difficult to bring the breath deep into my belly. How can I improve that? Thank you. I’m really enjoying the challenge. What are your thoughts on the Wim Hof breathing method? Thanks again!
