Excellent flow Bharti. One hindrance I faced is of the balancing knees hurting half split. Is there any way to protect the knees from feeling pain due to contact with the mat and weight on it?

Hi Mam, I am Shwetha. I am a regular follower of your KZbin channel. I just have a doubt. I have been doing yoga from the yoga poses to get pregnant faster. But, for the past few days, I had done in my bed, which is slightly uneven . Is there any issue in it? I had done child pose cobra pose and bow pose I guess,the one in which we lie on our stomach, raise our hands, hold our legs and raise our head. I had done in on my bed. Is there any issue with it? The bed is a little uneven. Will it cause any issues? It would be very very helpful if you could give me a reply. Thank you so much Mam.

Hello! You should wait for about 15-30mins after a yoga session to eat.
