Bhatura recipe with soda water | सोडा वाटर से बने इन्स्टैंट भटूरे | Instant Bhature

Bhatura with club soda, Bhature using Soda Water, Restaurant Style Bhature, bhature banane ki vidhi , Bhature Recipe Step by Step
Ingredients for Bhatura
Refined Flour (मैदा ) - 2 cup (250 gms)
Soda water (सोडा ) - 1 botlle
Oil (तेल ) - 1 tbsp
Semolina (सूजी ) - 1/4 cup (40 gms)
Salt (नमक ) - 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
Oil (तेल ) - for frying
Sugar (चीनी ) - 1/3 cup (60 gms)
How to make Bhatura with soda water
1.Take 2 cup of refined flour in a mixing bowl.Add 1/4 cup semolina to it .Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, Add 1 tbsp oil,Mix all ingredients well.
2.Take 1 cup freshly opened soda water and knead a soft dough with it. When soft dough is ready, Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes.To knead this quantity of dough we have used 1 tbsp less than 1 cup soda water.Cover and keep the dough aside for 30 minutes to set.
3.After 30 minutes, dough is set and ready.Put the oil to heat in a wok. Take some dry wheat flour to grease your hands. Break lemon sized lump from the dough. Make it round with dry flour like this.Make dough balls.Prepare round dough balls from the dough.
4.Coat the dough balls with dry flour and keep it in the bowl.Take a dough ball.Press it with hands. And roll it out with a rolling pin.Rather than lifting it, roll it out evenly with rolling pin.Keep it slightly thick. Check if oil is rightly hot. Flip the bhatura with hands then put it to fry. Press and make it puffy. Flip and fry until golden brown.
5.Hold the ladle on the edge of the wok,so that extra oil drains back to the wok.Take out the bhatura and place it in a plate. Fry all the bhaturas likewise. Turn off flame. 9 bhaturas are ready with this quantity of dough.
Serving:
6. Steaming hot and puffy Bhaturas are ready to be relished.You can serve this with your favorite bhature, chole or chutney.
