Very informative video not only about OTG but also regarding temperatures and timings for different type of baking which no one gives . Thank you Mam If I want to bake a sourdough bread what temperature / ride/ and time to keep without using a Dutch oven and with a Dutch oven .

See while making a sour dough bread I have always used a Dutch oven and the temperature is 200 degree Celsius and timing will be 30 minutes Without Dutch oven I haven't baked it yet

Mam puff ke liye time and temprcher,and preheat temperature kitana rakhana hai

Puff Setting in OTG: 1. Set the function knob to both rods (top and bottom) with fan (convection mode). 2. Set the temperature to 200-220°C. 3. Set the timer for 20-25 minutes. 4. Place the puffs on the middle rack. 5. Preheat OTG for 10 minutes before baking. Note: the settings depend the OTG and the puff so check it frequently while baking without opening the OTG

Only thing missing was about the bread mould which is made of G.I.tin which I understand is the preferred metal for baking bread.
