Hi bhavna, I did try to make the idli mix, I have a DeLonghi Coffee Grinder (Burr) and have used the fine grinding mode,but unfortunately it was not so fine (semolina texture) and I had to grind it with water to get a smooth batter in a regular mixer grinder Pl let me know what can be done
