Heartful Activity of the Week 21 - Selflessness
Activity 1
Selfless service and volunteering contribute to our personal health and
spiritual growth, as well as to collective upliftment. Do an act of selfless service every day of the week - could be as simple as visiting elderly relatives, volunteering for heartfulness, or at an animal rescue center, reducing use of plastics, or a kind word to someone in need. Notice how you feel, how your heart vibrates when you are in this space of selfless service
Activity 2
Participate in the 9 pm Prayer for humanity with a heart filled with sincere desire to alleviate suffering and bring joy:
1. Everyone is being filled with love and devotion and real faith is growing stronger in them.
2. Truth, righteousness, and faith are being established in the world.
3. All kinds of distractions faced by our country and our planet are going away.
4. May this entire Earth be engulfed with peace and with love.
Activity 3
Look after your intentions. At least twice a day, Pause and check your intention before entering a conversation or starting any activity. Tune into your inner meditative state and then proceed, with a prayer for being able to be generous from the heart and taking care of needs of all involved.
