I did not hear Makhubu come out clearly enough on the issue of the system of governance in Swaziland, he kind of spoke in parables. By definition, the constitution and system of governance determine the independence and accountability of the justice system, or lack of, Makhubu laments so I would have loved to have received a clear opinion on this.
