Recipe ingredients
Bhindi/lady finger 200gm
Oil 1/4 cup
Fry lady finger 70 to 80%
Jeera/cumin seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli 2 nos
Chopped onion 1
Prepare masala
Tomato 2
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 5 to 7
Roasted coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Roasted Dry red chilli 4
Roasted Black paper 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garm masala 1 tsp
Water as required
Grind smooth paste
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 chopped
