@BHighAtl Hey mane dig this, Make a list of the Top 13 of The South, 13 of the West, 13 of the Mid West, 13 of The East. then pull the together to combine a top 50. With 2 honorable mentions. Judging by popular and underground cultural impact and influence and radio, club, car, party/ cook out relay value then album sales also. P.S. On this one i gotta agree with @WICKED with 2PAC - ALL EYES ON ME & MAKAVELI Albums because of it replay value and cultural worldwide impact and influence.

Can't say they picked Big because they may be a New Yorker and they didn't put Illmatic on the list. A New Yorker would've most likely placed it.

How can that guy say Biggie is not better than Jay Z. Is he on the payroll or what lol Jay Z himself says Biggie is the Goat. Biggie is the saviour of East Coast rap, he put them back on top after the West had taken it since NWA in the late 80s. Nas and Wu failed to do that - they had some clout in their neighbourhoods but couldn't go national with their debut albums which were overhyped by new York radio stations.
@DeadlyAllianceTV2 жыл бұрын
It don't matter cuz neither one of them was or is on Tupac's level and they would lose to him in a versus Battle he had them looking like punk Church boys back then trying to act like they were the Italian mafia. Using double entender's and being super subliminal because they were scared.
