Bahut acha, bahut khoob. Tarkeeb mein garam masalha 1 tsp. likha hai, jabke pkate waqt mohtarma ne kaha tha: گرم مصالحہ کم ڈالیں تاکہ سالن کا رنگ خوشنما رہے۔ خود اس وقت انہوں نے بھی گرم مصالحہ بہت کم آدھے ٹی سپون کے قریب ڈالا تھا۔

We also have bhindi gosht with shorba in my susral, and I love it. My maika made the dry bhindi gosht And I hated it. Just because you haven’t tried something, don’t say that’s not how you make it. The trick is to use the small bhindi’s so you don’t cut them at all and add whole, this way no sliminess. I buy frozen zero size okra in Canada, it’s delicious.
