এটা যদি গোয়ালন্দ চিকেন কারি হয় তবে তো আমরা প্রায়সই বাড়িতে গোয়ালন্দ চিকেন কারি খাই।আমি যতদূর শুনেছি গোয়ালন্দ চিকেন কারি তে কখনও জিরে,টমাটো পরে না এবং আদা রসুন বা পিঁয়াজ paste করে দেওয়া হয় না।

গোয়ালন্দ স্টিমার কারির বিশেষত্ত্বই হচ্ছে এতে গোটা মসল্লা ব্যবহার করা হতো। আদা রসুন ও পেয়াজও টুকরো করে ব্যবহার হতো। এটা কোন ভাবেই স্টিমার কারি না। হতে পারে স্টিমারকারির ফিউশন।

There are some Goalando steamer receipes available in KZbin.. I am little bit confused. But do they had blender to make tomato paste? Another thing is black pepper. Also, Kashmiri red chilli is not popular or a regular ingredient for Bangladeshi people. So it does not make sense. They used Chopped ingredients, not paste. Also marinated before cook.

Such an ordinary recipe. We all make chicken curry like this on sundays. Never knew I am making Goalondo or whatever. NHojohori Manna is becoming a national embarassment for Bengalis.

It's not Goalondo Chicken Curry. Goalondo chicken curry don't use any powdered spice and garam masala. Finely diced onion, ginger, garlic, red chilli paste(coarse), green chilli, dry shrimp paste, salt, turmeric, mustard oil...these are the only ingredients other than chicken. Potato and Tomato not used. Process is very simple.. Marinate chicken with all the ingredients.. Keep for 2-3 hrs. Then cook in a kadai in a low flame.. Preferably without water.

Utter Rubbish! This is a garden-variety chicken curry. The whole essence of the Goalondo curry is simple preparation with no spices (except for chillies) --- chicken, garlic, ginger, chilli paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder, salt --- cooked all together in one go, and simmered under low heat.

"urban modified version"...... not the one with simple cheaply available ingredients......Also .. very important... you will never get the same taste .. as we use "farmed chicken"... not the free run deshi murgi..... will never try it in an expensive hotel to get fooled....rather go to a village and try the country cooking.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
