Bro kashmir in winter and higher areas like 2nd phase gondola, zojila pass, sinthan pass etc is no way suitable for children or elderly people

Even if you trek regularly, it is always advisable that you shouldn't go to a higher altitude in one day. A safe ascending rate in one day at high altitude is generally considered to be no more than 1,600 feet (500 meters) . Keep it in mind whenever you go in the mountains. 😊

Pallavi ma'am to bohot dari Hui lag rahi hai unke chehere se pata chal raha hai... Maine aapka sab videos dekha hai lekin pallavi ko itana uncomfortable kabhi nahi dekha travel karte waqt. Jab hum kashmir Gaye the gandola raid pe tab travelers walo ne bola tha ki hot water ka sip lete hue Jana chahiye high altitude sickness nahi hota ...mere mammy ko aise hi hot water dete chali thi wo bohot enjoy ki snow me... Wo 50 age ki hai.
