Aapne sahi kaha jaha truck drivers khanna khate hai waha ka food acha hota hai.. Yeh baat Maine practically sikha tha... Aur ek baat bhai, jaha government bus stop( dhaba) ho waha mat khana kha na... Bilkul kabhi nahi.. Rate jada, kharab service hoti hai.. Aaj 2010 se highway par travel kar raha hu, km ka koi hisaab nahi.. Beautiful😍 bhai.

Very sad to see the old dhabas disappearing, sign of "progress" 🙁. In northeat, we used to have the charpai-in-front dhabas along highway too with tadka dal, tandoori roti but they are now modern "dhabas" with so-so food, glass enclosures, plastic chair/table. This is the situation even in Punjab. Still few good dhabas here in Assam in out of the way places by highway.
