Aware and be alert all customers and buyers before investing a single penny in any illegal plotting projects which are unauthorised and do not have any clearance approval or NOC from competent development authorities or any government authority. Please ask all documents from the broker or the developer and get it checked from a rera consultant or a real estate experience legal advocate before investing any money. All projects bigger or small whether it is a apartment project or plotting project has to be compulsorily registered with rera authorities and has to take rera registration certificate before selling in the market otherwise such project becomes illegal and unauthorised. No matter what document the broker or developer shows you, do not buy any land or invest any money without asking and seeing the rara registration certificate for that particular plotting project or Apartment project. Otherwise inform the odisha rera authorities in their helpline number about such illegal plotting projects which are selling without rera registration.
