200 gm / 2 cup roasted gram
1/2 +1/4 cup clarified butter
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp cashews
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp coconut
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp raisins
1 cup + 3 tbsp desi khaand/powder sugar
