I am promoting Myanmar products that is why. Even with ready made flour some of naive home cooks do not know the tricks. My video is intended for them. Sorry to hear that the video do not work for you.

Hi I have a question, so I have to put the vegetable in the fridge for 3 hours before frying?

You can fry right away. but if you want your fries crispy for a couple hours, the surface of gourd strips should be dry . Air-dry or dry in the fridge whatever work for you should be fine.
