• Macher Matha (কাতলা/রুই) - 1, Preferably Large Sized
• Onion Finely Chopped - 1 Medium Sized
• Tomato Finely Chopped - 1 Large Sized
• Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
• Green Chilies - 2 To 3
• Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
• Red Chili Powder - ¼ Tsp
• Garam Masala Powder - ½ Tsp
• Chopped Coriander Leaves - According To Taste
• Oil, Salt, Sugar, Ghee - According To Taste

আপনার রান্না আমার সবসময়ই ভালো লাগে। আজকে এই রান্নাটা করেছিলাম তবে মাছের মাথার পরিবর্তে আমি কিছু রুই মাছের টুকরো ব্যবহার করেছিলাম। মাছ অনেকদিন ফ্রিজে রেখে পরে রান্না করলে খেতে তেমন সুস্বাদু হয় না। এভাবে রান্না করলে খেতে বেশ ভালো হয়। অনেক ধন্যবাদ ভালো ভালো রেসিপি দেবার জন্য। অনেক অনেক শুভ কামনা আপনার জন্য।

I am going to try this today & see how that works. I remember my grandmum making this when I was a young kid while visiting her during summer vacations, but somehow never ever had it since then in the last 20+ years.
