Didn't have garlic clove so used garlic paste instead, and used whatever vegetable had like carrot, courgette, broccoli, yellow capsicum, red onion... didn't boil the veg rather steamed it … don't have maoa or milk powder so just used milk AND guess what! It did really taste delicious! Very simple yet delicious recipe! Thanks for sharing Umme!
