I'll probably get hate or roasted for this. But the advice Bianca was suggesting is outdated, in my opinion, when it comes to believing in oneself and their strength. True self belief and confidence doesn't come from nowhere. One has to put in the work and be able to recognize the progress so that it comes to them. The work done has to be specific to whatever it is you're trying to build belief and confidence in. As for the part about being a survivor rather than a victim, I'm not sure that trying to deny being a victim is helpful either, in terms of the facts. It's mentality based. Just because you were a victim then doesn't mean that defines you. If thinking being a victim causes you to feel powerless and cripples you, then I understand why one would try to avoid it. But is avoidance truly helpful? There's just been so much new information since the time this episode was released that I think it's time to re-evaluate some of what Bianca said by somehow putting it into practice. I, for one, really disagree with the whole "just believe in yourself" advice that keeps getting thrown around. It just has this way of implying that self belief comes just like that. I don't think it's practical.
