The Jephunneh in I Ch. 7 would have been a perfect place to put Caleb if he was his son. The problem is he is not there. That Jephunneh was a son a Asher. The only other Jephunneh was a son of Kenaz, hence the reference to Kenizzite. The other problem is that there are only three Calebs, (also spelled Chelub in KJB) two of them are definitely in the bloodline of Judah. Judah had a son of a son named Hezron or Chezron. His son was Caleb. That Calebs great grandson was Bazaleel, the craftsman that was working with Moses. In other words he was four generations too old to be the Caleb going into the Land. That Caleb also had a son named Hur, who had a son named Caleb. The problem with that Caleb being the one going into the Land is that there is still no Jephunneh in the line of his father's. Unless there is a verse showing whose the Caleb son of Jephunneh actually being a son of Judah, I'm going to have to continue believing that he entered the covenant as any stranger would like in Exodus 12 and he was given a portion among the tribe of Judah because he wholly followed the Lord God of Israel . Jesus foreknew that the woman had faith in Him and He used it as a teaching moment for His disciples. She holds on to Christ until her request is met. Same think if a Israelite is forced to go into a white women and has a son he’s a Israelite and if that son grows up and gose into a white women and has a son he to will be a Israelite and if this happens for 20 generations u have a man and his father and his great grandfather as fare back as he knows will look like normal white men but in fact they are all Israelites and don’t even know it. U see y it is dangerous to go off skin color there are Israelites all over the place. Again only YAHs children will hear and obey His Voice. If The Gospel gets preached and one hears and obeys it he or she is a child of YAH regardless what they look like for they were created for glory that is y they hear and obey because they were created to it’s just that simple.
