I’m not a clinician but recently came across some clinical data that indicates low Vitamin D magnesium levels may contribute to anxiety. Just a suggestion to look into that info. There are a few different forms of magnesium (glycinate/byglycinate, chloride, sulfate, citrate, oxide, threonate) with some not as effective as others. Dr. Jin Sung on KZbin has some very educational videos about magnesium. 🙏🏻

Praise report! My youngest daughter and her daughter, my only grandchild, attended church today. It has been years since they attended together. Thank you Heavenly Father!!! I was given a Max Lucado one year devotional several years ago that I keep on the kitchen counter next to the Mr. Coffee and begin my mornings with its daily reading. The scripture for 1/22/2025 was from Isaiah 46 - “I Am the Lord thy God and my plans will be fulfilled.” (Paraphrased) Then I pulled up My Utmost for His Highest for that day and it was from Isaiah 45 where the Lord speaks to Cyrus. I got the feeling I should look up Isaiah 47 to see if there was correlation and read the Lord’s warning to Babylon. Odd how “45” was compared to Cyrus and 47 addresses Babylon. Maybe coincidence but knowing we’re close, sure appears to be a heavenly head’s up! I'm reminded of the words from a song we sang in church, "Signs of the times are everywhere, there's a brand new excitement in the air. Keep your eyes upon the Eastern skies, lift up your head, your redemption draweth nigh!

I was in Mexico for a month in the middle of December until January. I watched the sky's being painted white every day. Until you could not even see the sun. Please pray with me that the Lord will help the surgeons to perform and complete the surgery with excellence and perfection without any problems or complications whatsoever. Also, please pray that Harold's vital signs will remain strong and his heart will remain strong. Please ask our Lord to protect his lungs from filling with any mucus or fluids of any kind and that the Lord will protect him from organ failures blood clots strokes and infections. Please please ask the Lord to spare his life and to extend his life and to restore all of the muscles throughout his body and all of his strength and energy and all of his health and for the Lord to bless him with a long healthy life to live to see and partake in the soon rapture. Finally, please ask the Lord to make Harry's bowel's function properly and to be healthy when they reattach everything. He is only 59, and his son and I and his mother love him and need him, and we don't want him to depart from this world so soon. Thank you.Thank you with all my heart for your prayers.

Just a correction regarding Trudeau: I'm 64 years old, and I've been living in Canada 🇨🇦 my entire life. When Justin Trudeau made his speech regarding resigning, he didn't say he was resigning. He said "I intend to resign." Intend doesn't mean "yes". Justin Trudeau has also been going to many places, and it appears that he's campaigning. Trudeau is still very much in power right now. Think about this. Joe Rogan is actually spreading the Gospel more than most churches, even through he might appear to be an atheist. I live in South Africa and we regularly discuss his show. In the last while he has been bringing on many professing Christians, explaining Jesus from different angles. At the time of my post this video has 16 000 views. There are 308 000 subscribers, meaning that in theory about 400 000 to 500 000 maximum possible views. In reality this channel has peaks of 100 000 to 270 000 views per video, with most in the very low thousands. Not bashing this channel. My church has a physical attendance of about 250x people and the online channel reached 1 400 views last night. So 16 000 is awesome. Back to Joe Rogan...The full video (excluding all the cuts and shorts) from the Mel Gibson interview, is sitting at 9 million views. Now obviously Mel Gibson spoke about anything and everything, but there was a focus on him being a Christian (Catholic). Then he also pointed fingers at the stuff the pope did wrong. I am protestant but I still see Mel on the right side. Channels like this one primarily preaches to the the already saved. Yes, searching certain topics (like I just did for "rapture 2025") will bring you to this video (the top of the list on my feed). This means that people, who are looking and searching, will/might find this channel. What I generally ask our ministers/preachers is to teach the congregation on how to evangelize and spread the Gospel. It is no use preaching to the choir. My focus is generally on the departed sects (not naming them)...but I will mention Catholics in general having some issues. I find when speaking about Jesus very few of them even own a Bible. The other day, after a deep religious discussion, the guy told me I really touched him and he will have a chat with his priest. I then told him that is the whole point...go and talk to Jesus directly, not through you priest. I also deal with hardcore atheists in the field of science...lots of math. But God called all to spread his word, and I feel people with large platforms, like this channel, must make a few videos on how to approach people. What I like about Joe Rogan is that he does not invite a guest and then argue with them. He asks challenging questions. He gives the guest plenty of opportunity to calmly explain their position. This allows people like Graham Hancock to give his position on why he thinks civilization restarted +-12 000 years ago and others to talk about aliens, evolution and politics. Joe Rogan provides a safe space similar to what TedX tried to achieve. Just look at Wesley Huff...main video, 5.6 million views. How many people have now heard about this "Jesus character" who has never heard of Him before...with archaeological evidence as well? Even if Joe goes home at night, devout atheist, and complains about these religious nutcases, he is still spreading the Gospel more than most evangelists I can think of. Love him or hate him, God is using him. Maybe Joe will be saved, maybe is already saved (and just denying the fact for public reasons) or maybe he will never be saved. But, with all the exposure, loaded with information, the temporary fall of the "woke left", trail of damage left by the liberals, I think he is already wrestling with the Holy Spirit.

Why should we be surprised at the ominous nature of world events? Have we not been told that these things and many others would come to pass? Should we now quake in fear and lose heart (the will to live) because the days are dark? And what profit is there in looking after these things practically? Shall I become an extreme prepper and find a cave to hide in? These are the times to seek after the Spirit more than ever and He will give us peace to stand in these turbulent times. I see the love of most growing more and more cold as things progress...should I join them? No, I think not! Now is the time to separate ourselves from this dying corrupt world and embrace the Life of Christ in us so we may stand out in the darkness. I do find it interesting that persecution towards believers is on the rise and will continue to the point we are put in prison, killed, betrayed on a scale we can't imagine. I am preparing for that eventuality much like Jesus prepared Himself for the cross...if it is your will Father, so be it. While my hope is in the rapture, I'm also prepared for a much darker potential future. May I stand the test as I hope you all will. Until then we have His work at hand, I choose to dwell on His kingdom, His power, His overcoming life in us and all that is beautiful in the Lord.
