That's what you said IMMEDIATELY after I had said "Martha" out loud. 😆 As far as that book burning (got that 1 right :), it was valued at 50,000 pieces of silver. FIFTY THOUSAND! No small value even in today's world. I can only imagine what it meant then! Such devotion to His Word. And where did you get the 700 years from Isaiah to our Lord? Nevermind. I'll look it up. Well, I almost had it this time. I knew Philippians was the book, but thought it was verse 14, then I thought Daniel was the prophet on the question about the fire sacrifice. Two wrong out of fifteen ain’t too bad, but still need to study more. 😊 Keep them quizzes coming, because it helps keep our minds on our Lord while having a good fun challenge. 😁

Something won't stop nagging me these last several hours... Are we sure "Ab's" hair was "very, very long"? -- I'm not saying it wasn't--, he obviously had a lot of it, but it mentions only weight, not length, meaning a lot of it could have come from thickness also...??? (And to be truthful about Martha and Mary..., I knew His feet were anointed..., but I thought it was an unnamed woman in Luke 7:36-50, not 1 of the sisters. Your question seemed to want a name, I said Martha, 'No it's not...' (Yes, great timing, and I'll certainly remember now). Both off my chest. Wow. That really feels so much better. Verse 32:8 God speaking to Moses how " they" made the golden calf. Verse 32:24 Aaron speaking to Moses as what had happen....i threw the gold into the fire and out came this calf.

By Aaron telling his side we now know what really happen, 34:24. ...out came this calf. The mixed multitude, which came out of Egypt, brough thier idol whorship with them and caused many a problems for Israel. Rashi, the french jewish scholar, writes that durning the uprising of the golden calf story, Hur was killed.
