@@jessc8888 not really. The tree has been around since Nimrod and it was Rome that incorporated this Dec. 25th festival into their calendar to appease the pagans they were trying to incorporate. You're worshipping the wrong tree

@@paulcartersr2440 Hi there. Who says I am worshiping a tree? and Nimrod from The Bible, was a leader amongst men and a builder of cities, including Babel and Nineveh. He was also a hunter. He was the great-grandson of Noah… but did not live up to the virtues and standards - like all of us- that God had found in Noah. He was a bully amongst men, took what he wanted - including women, and whatever he desired because he was a big tall man. When I say everything I mean God made you and me and the trees and we play a part in God’s plan. I worship God.

Nimrod is also the Sun-God that Sunday worshipers worship. Maybe you need to research Christmas as well as Nimrod and then get back to me. When you read the account of jesus' birth, did God the Father give you a date to go with it or are you relying on the fables told you as a child. As far as worshipping the tree, you must bow down to place the gift and receive the gift. Bowing is a form of worship. Please read Ex. 20:1-5. You don't have to continue doing something God doesn't agree with.
