This week I went on a church retreat! I have had a major breakthrough with temptations, depression, anxiety, self confidence, I pray more, and I'm just way more involved with God now.. I am so glad I listened to this relaxing music. I read the Book of Numbers as the music played in the background unnoticeable. I believe I enjoyed my reading even more. It is totally relaxing. I suggest parents play this when placing your children in bed for a nap or for the night. I would love to purchase the CD. I wish the time length was 10-hours. I would like to have it play throughout the night. What I like about it, it’s calmness, softness, slowness of tempo, and it quietness. P.S.: 3:32 hours of play time is not long enough! 😍
