Thank you Daniel for these scriptures on fear and anxiety. They hold a special place in my heart, because I know first hand how much joy they can steal from us. They did steal joy from me for many of my teenage years and into adulthood. I was shaken to the core when a fellow Christian said, as you referred to in Joshua 1:9, "Have I not commanded you to be not afraid." Commanded us! From that day on to today, I have been working on eliminating this error of my ways. With God's help, I am maturing in being obedient to this command. Fear, I have given notice. As a beloved child of my heavenly Father, you have no authority, no relevance and no right to be anywhere in my life or the lives of my family. Go now in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen. You said you would hold us by our right hands. I know how happy all children, young and old alike, feel when a parent or loved one holds their hand. They feel safe, loved, happy, trusting, and peaceful. That is how we feel when You hold our hand. Glory. You are Abba, our Dad, and we run lovingly into Your arms. In Your presence O Lord, all fear is gone. Hallelujah! Light, salvation, joy, trust, peace and love, have taken fear from our lives. Thank you God for your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. That is what our earthly Father did to our family. He is forgiven because You asked us to. We already have everything. We have You dear Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Glory Hallelujah Amen.
