I was shot last year when someone tried to rob me for a few pounds of weed. We were shooting at each other and I was looking down the barrel of my gun about to shoot him when he shot the gun out of my hand, I should have died. I lost my middle and trigger fingers and a chunk of my hand. I didn't know how or why I was alive, God showed me mercy and gave me a second chance. I now have most of my strength back and am using what's left of my hand. I live every day for the lord now, I know I still fall short and am not perfect I give thanks for saving my life and opening my eyes, I see every breath as a gift now. Thank you for sharing your story, i felt a real connection with you after reading your post. God bless.

I've turned away from God for 6 months, as soon as I stepped out of his Arms, I felt attack after attack from the evil one, nothing but trouble surrounded me in every possible shape and way, through people, through mental health, through housing. I just hope God will still have his arms open for me. Even though I knowingly left him. Its hard to pray again, but I'll start with reading and listening to the bible. I want to want God. I love him. I want to love him.

hey, I only seen your comment now and I want to first say that it’s okay that you feel confused sometimes, it’s natural as you’ve grown up being a Muslim your whole life. That something you feel that feels right about Christianity is your heart because your heart knows this is the right path! My advice is to go take that first step and buy a Bible and read the word, take it in, and don’t just think of it as a religious book, think of it as a way of life, a way of living, start living your life by the book and watch all the fruits of life come your way! Christianity is a Spiritual way of life that has very little to do with this materialistic life. I'm guessing that 99% of so-called Christians in America are, in fact, not Christians at all and have never known Jesus the Christ. Christianity involves literally being born again. By faith in Christ, we are literally transformed by the Holy Spirit into New Creatures who are no longer materially- minded people, but are in fact gradually being transformed ,(by the renewing of our minds) into spiritually-minded people whose priority is to LOVE GOD WITH ALL OUR HEARTS MINDS AND SOULS and to LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS as OURSELVES! And to be witnesses to the salvation of our souls through faith in the atonement of Christ that our souls shall not perish when we leave this world. This is Christianity in a nutshell! Jesus is the only Savior of our souls , nothing else matters. If you feel something stirring in your spirit, it is most likely God calling you to Jesus. Please get a Bible and read Colossians chapter 2. (Entire Chapter). Read the Gospel of John. And read proverbs chapter 3 and 119. This just may be the most important thing for you to do in your life. Go for it like a champ! There is no condemnation for " LOVE "! 🙂❤️

I wrote a comment on how this Abide Meditaation was my favorite.However, as the video goes on when the story slows down, the interval of time between the man’s voice saying just a minimal number of words are to long and that kept me waiting for him to begin again.
