It is perfectly understandable to take time for the feeding of your own soul through God’s Word. Regarding Queen Vashti, she didn’t feel she should be put on display like some prize that had been won at a carnival. She had self-respect possibly she may have wanted to set an example for the ladies who were at her banquet, that’s probably why the decree went out. Apparently, In Xerxes deluded mind, he forgot who she really was. Then he regrets his hasty decision he agreed to upon the advice of his officials. So it’s better to think before you act and regret your actions later. Good study as always.👍👍👍💞💕🌺🌺 God bless.

From a Heavenly Kingdom perspective, many discern that queen Vashti refused the king’s summons as she was unknowingly fulfilling God’s purpose because in just a few Scriptures later, we see God unfold His plan to protect millions of Jews from utter annihilation at the hand of King Xerxes and his evil prime minister, Haman. To accomplish His plan, the Lord appointed a different queen in the palace, the most unlikely queen of all-a young orphan of Jewish heritage named Esther. God chose her to perform a great work in protecting the Jewish people from genocide.

when it is taking about wine it's talking about the word of God. but I think it's ok to drink a little wine to relax naturally. Jesus turned the water into wine. the king told Jesus that he had saved the best wine for last. Paul said I have presented you unto one husband. the husband is God. the woman is the church. Paul said we are the members of the body of christ. the prophets. rev by the blood of the prophets by the blood of the saints.

So Vashti was not bad per se .... she was married to a narcissist. This has given me more depth on Vashti as she hardly is the focus in the story beyond her dismissal.

You are giving your opinion on WHY Vashti didn't go when her husband called her. Your advise is to have women be disobedient and not submit to their husband's. What woman wouldn't want their husband to think they are so beautiful he wants to show her off? That's why she lost her crown.
