Kaela, your channel came up in my feed and I almost didn't check you out but PTL I did and subscribed because I do want to get back into reading my Bible consistently and you are so enthusiastic that I am energized also. I am hoping I will learn to be curious like you. I usually just read what is there and don't think to ask questions about what I've just read so as to research for my own answers. I am pretty sure that after learning with you I will begin to hear your voice asking the questions after I've read a chapter. I started listening to you with Matthew 1 and I've gone through 1 - 5. Yesterday I went to a book store to check out a Bible Dictionary that you mentioned but instead decided to purchase a New Living Translation Bible by Tyndale that has their filament app capabilities. It is like having a study bible without all the bulk. It uses a Q R Code and Page numbers that I can access Maps, videos, or I can have it read the Bible to me that are related to what I have or will read on that page. I have been dragging my feet about learning how to use the features available on my cell phone because I just am afraid of technology and it's possible problems it could cause. I am 72 and didn't get a phone until my Mom bought me one because I was going to be her caregiver. She went to be with Jesus 9 days after she got it for me in 2018. Because of you and my desire to know God intimately, I am stepping out of my comfort zone. I am expecting an exciting journey!!! Thank you for the part you have in my journey because you are being obedient to the Lord in the work you do on this channel. I love you sister!

Thank you for these Bible studies! I have a 4 yr old and a 8 month old and I’m trying to find my way to faith and I’m listening to the Bible, listening to Christian channels, watching online sermons, and I took the kids to church the other Sunday and it was quite difficult and I did skip this last Sunday… but I will go to this coming Sunday and I am just trying to get a solid foundation because I feel so behind when I go there and I don’t know the procedures or prayers or hymn. I haven’t been baptized yet either and I’m not sure how to go about it at 32 years old. I’m trying though! And I’m very grateful to have stumbled upon your videos! You do a wonderful job of explaining things and asking good questions and providing encouragement rather than all the answers. Thank you 🙏🏻

I have begun to realize my treasures on earth are worldly, and vanity. From understanding scripture, Matthew Ch 6 is teaching not just the Jews and Gentiles not to Boost in the things they do or give seeking Self-Gratification. It is truly relevant today as it was almost 2000 years ago. We have all fallen short of the Glory of God.
