Hi, it was a song they did when collecting tithes/gift/ offering. Everyone stood up after they give their donations after one minute mark and other two songs had choir only singing their pieces in the service. loads entire Whitewell Metropolitan Tabernacle Belfast services from over years are online and also on youtube if check

I didn’t see any other ethnicities, but it’s in Northern Ireland. The church reflects it’s population.
