Thank you for you kind words. In reply to your question, I've used the New American Standard version for years, but the NIV is also a great translation. I have a video on KZbin called "Bible Versions" which gives some comparisons, if you'd like to check them out.

Which version of the Bible are you referencing? I am using the NIV, does this matter when studying the Bible?
