It really depends on the person though. My blood pressure is not specifically that low but it can be within that realm normally and I'm just fine. Also athletes tend to have lower blood pressure (I'm also an active/fit person, although we can probably assume Ela is uh... not...). With that said, yeah we know that that IS low and quite low for Kaela, but I just wanted to give that little bit of information.

To have much lower blood pressure (especially of that level, which is is still just rare again) it requires intense dedicated training though. However, I don't know what she does especially considering I'm only now learning she regularly exercises so I can't make assumptions, you know :). Thank you so much for that information! I love learning more about Ela! Ever since I started watching her more, since Biboo debuted and started collabing with her, I've really fallen (not GSH level lmao) for Kaela. Pemaloe (which I guess includes me now *crying emoji*) are such cool people!

I had hipotension at about 59 sys before. Blood sugar is only 46 (normal people at 80-120) It was during Ramadan fasting. I can't even climb the stairs without feeling like passing out.

Yeah mostly ID areas especialy Java facing extreme weather due the change from summer to rainy season RN. Indoor temperature averagely 30-35 C (86-94 F) with outdoor temperature can achieve 37 C (102 F) in some area when sun at it's peak position. And Kaela have a work where she need at front of electronic devices that radiate heat for long time and i bet she use AC in full power,sure it cold but it also makes your skin dry and loss moisture + she was to focused to grind and forgot drank water to rehydrate herself,dehydration can lead to LBP too. Kuuh! i'm agree with Beejoe and fully support her if Beejoe gonna smack Kaela's head with sandal if Kaela still force herself.

Lower than 90/60 can cause a number of issues in some people and though it is usually not a major concern, you should still 100% talk to your doctor about it if you are getting readings under 90/60 even semi consistently. She didn't seem overly concerned, so I hope her and her doctor have talked about it.

I'm glad you're making lifestyle changes. 120 sys is normal and BP tends to raise with age so it is a little alarming to see Kaela so low. I hope Cover takes better care of their talents. I've been a little concerned with the heart rate readings of some talents in the past.

If there was ever a poster child for a VTuber who puts content above everything including their own health and well being it would be Kaela definitely. You would think Cover Corp. would step in and force such talents to take mandatory time off for health reasons. While not as dangerous as say working at a nuclear power plant and being exposed to radiation that builds up in the body of employees working around such material the practice of forced time off to physically recover even from overworking should be mandatory. It makes no sense for Cover Corp. not to force all the talent to take time off in rotation cycles to keep them healthy and productive. I suppose the board of directors at Cover Corp. only cares about the bottom line (how much they can get out of their talents money wise more than having healthy productive employees). If Kaela doesn't care about her own health then there's no reason for Cover Corp. to care either.

For global vtuber companies, their communications are mostly online for overseas talents. Are you gonna dock their salaries for not following a mandatory rest? I still think kaela know her health better than us tho, and you know sometimes if you feeling sick (maybe just me idk) playing games somehow makes me feel better, and it's not like she doesn't care about her health either during the stream ( if you watch ) she's fine, she drinks water a lot too.
