Bicep flexing in purple stripes

Thought this would be a pretty cool blouse to flex in with the long sleeves and stripes and all. Also thought I have a lil fun because it's jus not that serious, lol.

I was at the fitness shop this afternoon to pick up two more kettlebells (15lb and 20lb) and I decided to see if I could do a bicep curl with a 30lb weight. Girl my arm said put that sh@t down, you ain't ready LOL!! Well I still have the 30lb bands to workout and practice with!! LOL
