Yes it was the Soviet flag was pretty common in the 90s even the anthem was legal to use. The 1990s are pretty wierd in my opinion the anthem bareley anyone like and the Soviet anthem was used as a official union anthem in 1998 along with the old Russian anthem, and thats just some of the parts
