Bicol's version of DINUGUAN (PORK BLOOD STEW)

Ingredients :
5 tbsp oil
2 thumb-size ginger
Onion
Garlic
Lemongrass
1 kilo pork meat
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
Laurel Leaves
3 cups coconut milk (2nd gata)
5 cups pork blood or more
1 pork cube
2 1/2 cups coconut cream (1st gata)
Green chilies
1/2 cup Vinegar
Fish Sauce according to taste
5 tbsp cornstarch
