Are the nuts supposed to *not* screw onto the screws all the way? I got this kit and the nuts had a rubber/plastic ring inside them on one end of the nut, that prevented the nuts from screwing in beyond the edge of the screws. So the rods & where they attach to the frame seem a bit wobbly. I'm wondering if this is intentional so the cart can go over bumps and not be stiff while making turns and whatnot

I bought one of these trailers. The cover ripped in one of the corners fairly quickly. The rims blew out. The towing arm was weak and wobbly. I had to make a lot of modifications to stiffen up the towing arm by inserting a length of plastic pipe inside of it. I drilled holes in the box to zip tie it to the frame and used pipe insulation around the box to stop all the rattling. It seems like a nice little trailer but where do you get replacement parts? Not online from the website. Do you have to call and ask?

I made one like that with 24" wheels, and attached the hitch to the end of my rear rack. Works great.

@@JasonAk37 You could mount the "tongue" on the bottom of the basket. But you would have to attach it to the rear axle. All my bikes have rear racks to carry stuff on.
