Old anime like this and Initial D with this type of animation style is just something we won't get again. There is a level of quality these animations have that we only got because of the limitations they had in terms of tech to make these anime, but even with those limitations, they had a vision that they wanted to put on screen no matter how difficult. Nowadays they have the tech to basically carbon copy animations and styles, making most anime look the same. That's why when we get an actually good looking animation, they stand out, like Chainsaw man for example. But even then, theres a level of quality that these anime have that isn't in its fidelity, but its hard to explain. Like you can see the passion in the way they make them.

The lady's lack of helmet and open cleavage leathers zip aside, this is actually pretty faithful to the motorcycle riding aspect. What the lady is riding is a Bimota Tesi 1D, which features an unusual front swingarm suspension and pushrod steering. The anime is pretty darn faithful to its weird design. Her riding style is also faithful to the prevailing style of what I think is the '90s. Hips down, knees out, upper body mostly centered in the motorcycle. I think it's safe to say the animators paid attention to their references.

i think we as a creative enjoying audience, can all agree, that hand drawn is far more superior stylistically n aestheically than flash or 3d animation. it just doesn't captivate an audience's emotions like good ol' hand drawn cell art. the human error and when it lacks said error is what makes it so aesthetically pleasing. that so much of the time it's almost perfect and then sometimes the illusion is broken and you realize, people are really sitting there drawing out each line, each scratch, each hatch, crosshatch, or stippling. someone is sitting there taking a relatively unnecessary amount of time on a frame that people don't appreciate but if shortcuts were taken and they got lazy. people would notice and complain. a completely thankless craft but god do i appreciate them.
