The location has background noise and various activities taking place, and after reviewing the footage(did some cleaning of audio), it doesn't seem like a big enough issue at least in our opinion. We value your constructive feedback and appreciate your input. As we work on improvements, we kindly ask for your understanding and encourage a gentler expression of concerns.
