My dad was a vet, and I have his funeral flag. It is one of my most prized possessions. I am honored to have it 40 years after his death ❤️

Hi Yvonne and Chris! I mentioned in my comment on your other channel that I just found you a couple of months ago and that I spend a lot of time watching your videos! I truly loved watching the videos of you guys setting up your new beautiful home! I have to tell you that I truly love the little cast iron stock farm you have. I went on eBay looking for one and they are really high priced so I thought that I would never get one. I was in disbelief when I went in my antique mall the other day and found one for $27.00... Score!!! I couldn't be happier! Also, I wanted to say that I love the way you and Chris work together with all y'all do. My sweetheart husband probably won't get on board with my antiquing/crafting habit, but he supports whatever I want to do... Although, I'm going to keep working on him! 😂 I have talked him into several cool projects over the years. We had just lost our cat right before I found your channels so I wanted to tell you that Tater has stolen my heart! I've stopped my husband's TV watching a couple of times just to show him what Tater is up too! What a blessing you have with such a fine cat boy! Thank you again for sharing all you guys do!

I couldn't tenebrous ever hearing about Annabelles Santas and then when you showed one I realized you meant Annalee. I grew up in New England and one of the best trips I made with my mom was going to Meredith NH to see the Annalee factory. I still have my mouse pulling a sled from the late 70s that I bought that trip. You got done great Santa's! Looks like you did awesome!!

Those beaded ornaments were kits you could buy and make them. I watched my aunt make many of those to sell for her ladies club. Late 60’s early 70’s. I have several of them but they are stored. My mom would buy all the ones she would make. Those are beautiful

I saw a silver fish in a box of ornaments. Looks like a Dresden. You should check the price as they go for quite a bit. The beaded ornaments were made by my Mother in the 50s and 60s so guessing that’s the era. The Kewpies are Lefton. The Santa’s you called Annabelle’s are actually Annalees. You really hit the jackpot this time.

So many good Christmas items in that haul. We still don't have very many estate auctions in my area. Since Covid, everything seems to be online vs in person and they actually draw bigger prices like that, so I don't think it will change much lol. But, I remember going to estate auctions and digging through the boxes and waiting patiently until they would get to what you wanted. And all the, let's say, shenanigans that people would try to get things. Shew, I don't miss that part, the stories we could share 😂

My husband and I love to watch this in the evening. Some people have Netflix and Hulu - we have the journey channel! We have been to many an auction in our time and are part of the “groupies” you find hanging out in the front of an estate sale line. Good score on the Santa with the pop bottle. That's it, Yvonne... you simply need to get a "granny" cart. Or, I personally have a folding dolly/hand truck. It was $40 at Sears and came with a long bungee cord. That way you can carry it to the auction, open and fill it as needed and roll it to the van when it gets full. Yeah, someone digging through my stuff is where I'd draw the line! 🤯

We have a couple variations. But the layout didn’t have space.. well in general you didn’t feel like you could leave your items unattended. We’ve actually had to remind people those aren’t free carts or wagon for them just to use. 😮
