President Joe Biden appeared to freeze during Juneteenth celebrations at the White House on Monday evening.
Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd seemed to notice the concerning pause, and wrapped his arm around the president in an apparent effort to help.
The president’s speech became slurred as he addressed the crowd later at the event.

As a retired MD, my theory is that his worsening catatonia is a side effect of his handlers upping his stimulant dosing prior to the debate. The bizarre D-Day frozen squat might be an example of catatonic ambitendency where the patient gets “stuck”, in this case between standing and sitting.
