I would say the New York case goes in our favor.. but, I'd say there is an 80% chance it is narrowly tailored, and it won't give us a clear interpretation of the proper standard of review. Only a 20% chance it is decided with a standard review of strict scrutiny being laid out. We, the gun owners, like to look for the best in the system, and it has been one of our biggest downfalls for decades upon decades upon decades.

Based on what I seen the judges in the 9th circuit don’t believe the 10 round limit is effective. The States attorney is not presenting a strong enough case in my opinion. I hope they rule in our favor!
