Biden, Putin conclude Geneva summit after hours of talks

Constructive and pragmatic.
That is how US president Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, have described their first face-to-face talks since Biden took office.
The two leaders agreed to resume talks on arms control and cybersecurity.
They also pledged to return ambassadors to each other's capitals after they were withdrawn earlier this year.
But disagreements on issues, such as human rights and Ukraine, remain.

Why are conditions in Russian prisons so bad? They treat people as animals. I know that very well, because I'm a former resident of Russia and I was arrested in Russian army unit for a few months.
