There are people who came here in the United States with a C1D visa and are stuck from adjusting their status even with this new parole in place they will not be able to adjust 🤦🏾‍♂️

Hi, Veronica, This is a good question. What we have been telling our clients is that they should take advantage of DACA advance parole now if they can because the new program isn’t official yet and who knows what can happen in the meantime. If you can get DACA AP, we still definitely recommend doing that for our clients.

Hola! Parece que ahorita, los matrimonios después del 17 de junio no califican. Pero, si usted vive en un estado que reconoce el matrimonio informal, es posible registrarse como esposos desde una fecha anterior, a pesar de no haberse casado formalmente antes de esa fecha. O por lo menos así funciona en Texas.
