Hi Bidisha , thanks for your elaborate and outstanding guidances in vocal training. I am following all your videos and must say that it helped me a lot. I need one more suggestion from you. Can we do vocal training during having cold and cough or congested throat . Also can you suggest some tips to cure cough . I am staying in cold country and often having congestion in my nose and throat which is obstructing me to sing in open voice . It would be of great help if you give response . Thanks in advance 🙂

Rashmita, glad you're enjoying the videos. If your cough is related to common cold etc. it is better to wait till you are better for riyaz. If it is sinus related, pls check with your doctor to see what you can do to make it better. If throat is not feeling good, it is very hard to do riyaz.
