Minimum salary is from 87 (90) kronor/ h in Sweden, legally. The rate I have mentioned in the video is the average earning. 9:40 Sweden currently has no language or civics tests for people applying for citizenship but government is planning to make it as a requirement. If you are currently in Nepal by the time you become eligible for Permanent Residency this requirement will be there so I have mentioned it. 11:18 Here I am talking about free education for those people who already have permanent resident card or citizenship and have been paying taxes to Swedish government. Non-EU Students have to pay fees. 11:05 You are entitled to parental leave even if you don’t meet the requirements (of legal work in Sweden for at least 240 days). In this case you get a reduced leave of 250 SEK/day for a period of 480 days (data from 2019).Parents generally get 80% of their salary if they have been working legally in Sweden for at least 240 days and paid taxes.
