Will be!! How good it will be! Have faith its getting there. Honestly once the economy is running well, the zoning is fixed or there's a mod that can help better with zone breaking, then when assets are out the game will be great! I jumped bk in first time yesturday and I had a blast, however after 3 hrs new start my game crashed and I hadn't saved anything 😅 rage quit! My fault for not having auto save on I think.

Yeah the framerate is so nice in CS2. It makes for a great viewing pleasure. Also all the new pedestrian mechanics make it feel so much more alive. CS1 always looks kinda dead to me.

Tree grates would not be placed on grassy edges. The point of them is for trees to be allowed to be planted along concrete walkways, yet still allow water to get in to water the roots of the trees.

Hey Biffa, I still use both the Traffic Mod as well as the Traffic Lights Enhancement mod together. They only removed the lane control portion from the TLE mod but left in the light control features like phases, etc. As always, love your vids and your creativity!

For parking lots: I think the intent for the parking space decals is the surrounding road is the access to the parking spaces. So you could have a smaller area that's concreted, just enough to accommodate the parking spaces, surrounded by small roads and then enclose the roads in fencing, which would fix "cars driving through fences". Or use that as a pattern for a car park with multiple rows of cars (where there are small roads inbetween the rows of parking spaces). As it is... I can't see any car park developer leaving that much bare concrete - you could fit like 40% more cars in there!

27:10 A suggestion would be to make some hills here and turn it into a big park (of course keeping most of the trees beneath the hills) :3 Don't know if it's done in the UK, but here in Sweden I often see them using all the excess dirt from construction, etc. to build small hills on parks. (EDIT: Nevermind :P maybe for another area in the future)

Around minute 4, If you add the crosswalk, it should split the zoning as well, or a path, worst case, a 1 lane highway

Maybe should have put in some foot paths between the drive for the parking and the buildings....so people can park and then go to the path and move up and down behind the commercial buildings. Good for the workers who can go in the back doors and for delivery trucks.
