New scheme kab final hogi sir? Kyuki meri B. COM May 2023 mei complete hogi.... Aur mai nov 23 mei inter ka exam dena chahta hu... Under new scheme

Sir "if icai doesn't approve new scheme before, 31'st jan 23" then should i still wait for registration for Nov 23 intermediat exam under direct schem. Bcz sir if i want register till "31 jan 23" then 9months articleship period under old schem wan't be completed for Nov 23 exam and then i have to wait for may 24. Or sir i should wait for registration till feburary if for sure icai release new schem till feb ? Sir plz sugest ur views on this or any further solution u want to give it would be very helpful for me .
