I’m repeatedly running into a brick wall trying to recreate what you did here but with cheap jewelry. Thought I replicated everything you did step-for-step but I’m obviously missing something. It’ll come to me at some point. My other 2 factories have proven useful at not having to import anymore and being able to manufacture when there’s a global shortage. I don’t think the factories are cheaper than imports but are still useful.

You can save using the 2nd input and output machines by connecting the output of the polishing machine directly to the input of your consumer goods assembly machine, and reduce your staff by 2 as well.
