Starting homeless, can't afford food from the cat food market, this is the life
@Jamesmatise11 ай бұрын
Steven Thomas chose to play a homeless run and to ride his bicycle and do the other thing, not because it would be easy, but because it would be the most entertaining thing to do.

Like this series so far. My choices would be to either start a fruit/vegetable store because that's what sustained you when you started or a liquor store like in King of Retail

I was in the park and I suddenly was tired and had to sleep in the park and then went to work and every employee has happy. I thought, “ If my employees are happy with me because I was sleeping in the park they aren’t the people that I want working for me. I realized that the are happy when I happy. So I said’ Ok I’m happy to pay you $7 an hour

I think you should get 4 likeminded friends and start a rockband. You can then practice playing in local small bars and eventually build up to touring the country! Wait, wrong game

This will be interesting. I guess they're operating on the Sims logic for depression/sadness where you literally just cannot do anything. One of the most frustrating mechanics in a sim game.
@Jamesmatise11 ай бұрын
You can do free stuff like go to the park to get some happiness. But it is kinda frustrating when you are so hungry you're depressed, and too depressed to go eat at the same time. I think they did that because earlier versions of this didn't seem to have any penalty for low happiness. You could just sleep on the park bench while you ran your business during the day.

Fun series. I was going to mention about sleeping in the park but I see someone already did that below. Also, you got very lucky a couple times as your character was about to drop from exhaustion which would have set you back over 2k and probably would have been a restart. One time you were so close but you walked across the street and slept. :) Also, you don't really need an apartment. ***CORRECTION*** I think you will get a negative mood buff w/o an apartment. Forgot that. I was thinking you can get the first class and get the cheapest, rock bottom retail place and put your bed in the back room. I have one in each of my two shops to pass time/sleep onsite. They don't mind.. lol Slap some food down and there you go. Most of the things they sell you don't even need. Just a bed and food. Start adding the things you need as you can and when you are ready open for business. I'm on episode 5 and enjoying the series.

Sometimes you get the bump just walking around it. Sitting may give you the 3 day one. I'll have to test.

2 months late to the party but, for your next play through. work 3 or 4 days then go to bank and get a loan. You could of had your first buisness up and running in your first video.

I could but whats the fun in that? Its a homeless start. No one realistically would get a loan like that

Its strangely very fun and addictive. Im sure just like American truck sim and games have to bring down traffic density ot it wouldn't be a fun mechanic
