Yay I knew it!! The intro screen totally gave it away too haha. You guys are gonna have a blast!! I went earlier this year and had the most wins with the snack tower setup games where you have to knock them into the chute. Great way to try new Japanese snacks or give to friends/family as souvenirs too!

We have been trying to go for a year now, but something always seemed to get in the way. Thats too funny! Sounds like you are as excited as us! Thats good because we are there for about weeks and plan on filming enough to release at least one Japan video a week for a year. I think they were further south in Japan since they were stationed near the Navy base. Otherwise we would absolutely look for Old Faithful! Thanks! Cant wait!

A popular Japanese arcade game I would recommend playing is the rainbow coin game. Basically you just throw coins onto a flat surface, with rainbows printed on the table. The smaller the area, the better prize you get. It’s usually very cheap for a bunch of plays since it’s mainly luck based but it’s worth a try. Better to see actual gameplay!

That’s awesome you’re going to Japan! I’ve been twice and that’s where I actually got hooked my second trip on their games and when I came back, I was on KZbin and found you guys. Never knew about the Japanese arcade games before my trips or that they had R1s here till returning from my second trip! Looks like the sleeping bear/frog hat guy is drooling? Sorry to say, there are some arcades they don’t allow video taping so look for the signs to check and I know you guys will respect that if that’s the case. But I think there are some arcades that may not care. What a great country it is to visit - with the 3-5 story arcades being part of it! It is really a marvelous country to tour.

Thats awesome! We were aware of Round 1 but didnt ever get to go until we moved to PA. Now we are hooked. We are afraid though, that when we get back, Japan arcades will have spoiled us and make us not enjoy the US Round 1's as much. It does! I totally missed the drool! Dang! We will keep our eyes open. We plan to film on our phones instead of camera set up, so that should help not causing a scene. Ya, we cant wait! Thank you! We are going to try and do some live streams if internet signal allows it. Its like a golden rule to do at least one! They played the VR game for like 20 minutes straight and never stopped yelling lol. Crane Couple was our favorite before they quit and yes we plan on doing non arcade things as well and film as much as we can. Not sure exactly what yet but there will be something.
